Description

We are looking for candidates located in either Raleigh, NC or San Antonio, TX.

The Service Training Administrator is responsible for assisting the Training Team in delivering an unmatched training experience within the industry. Oversees that the process of primary and recertification training is a seamless procedure for Service Teams. Maintain databases to promote up to date data that is used for performance and reporting.

Job Duties:

• Maintain Classroom Schedule, including registration portals.
• Setup manufacture and JFPG internal certification classes
• Monitor technician recertifications, to send out expiration notifications and follow-up till completed.
• Order Technician re-certifications.
• Monitor and order API safety certification.
• Monitor and order PEI RP access and login credentials.
• Update state licenses, manufacturer, and safety certifications databases.
• Monitor and request purchase orders for training.
• Ensure payment is received for non-JFPG customers.
• Ensure all class prerequisites are ordered and available thirty days before class.
• Provide support for online training issues and recertifications.
• Support the Service Training Manager and team with training options for developing techs.
• Assist Trainers with ordering required materials needed for upcoming classes so they are available for use.
• Setup travel, lodging, and venues as needed.

Requirements

• 5 Years of Experience within a Petroleum Equipment Service or Training Environment highly preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• College, Technical Degree, and/or Industry Equivalent Technical Certifications highly preferred
• Competent skills to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Competent with using and managing website and ERP applications.
• Good time management
