Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by overseeing key administrative functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and processes
    • Manage schedules, calendars, and interviews
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Supervise and train administrative staff
    • Develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and records
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documents
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Recruiting experience is a plus
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid drivers license/Id
