Job Description:

Beestera Soccer Training is seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time Soccer Coach to join our team as both an individual, small group, and team coach. Depending on performance and experience opportunity for role to develop into a full-time position. If you have a strong background in soccer and enjoy working with players of all ages and skill levels, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for various age groups.
• Develop and implement effective coaching strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their skills.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean training environment.

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience in soccer, preferably with youth players.
• Previous knowledge coaching individual and small group sessions
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring players.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus.
• Will to complete training hours at company HQ

Preferred:

• College playing/coaching experience
• CPR/First Aid

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
