Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) objectives to design, build, deliver and maintain ships, submarines, and systems reliably, on-time and on-cost for the Navy. We are looking to hire a Training Administrator for scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical (SETA) support to NAVSEA 04X and the Naval Shipyards.
The Training Administrator will perform basic administrative functions in support of an overall training curriculum designed to improve upon existing processes and systems to achieve improved maintenance execution at the Naval Shipyards across the NAVSEA 04X aircraft carrier and submarine portfolio. The successful candidate will be able to manage data in spreadsheets and reports, keep training records/reports/requirements up to date, organize and schedule meetings and events, and carry out clerical duties in support of the Noblis Project Operations Manager and Training Manager in the execution of shipyard Project Management Training (PMT) and Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD), including the following program objectives:

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
