Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Job Summary: Ready and Resilient Training Centers (R2PC’s) provide instruction in the areas of: resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. The Training Analyst, working at the DPRR HQ supports program operations and training coordination.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitor seat and R2PC utilization for scheduled and ad hoc courses/events that are conducted at a R2PC (and Performance Experts in the field).
    • Provide comprehensive analysis, assessments, and development of measurable outcomes in support of DPRR training and education programs .
    • Conducts scheduling, prepares facility status reports and manages resources in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
    • Development and coordinate an institutional effectiveness (IE) feedback loop, with inference regarding analysis, assessments, and measurable outcomes.
    • Review surveys and ensure trends are briefed for corrective action and quality control.
    • Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.
    • Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.


    Education and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field
    • At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
    • Experience designing surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey, Qualtrics or similar programs.
    • Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
    • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.

    Physical Demands
