Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Key Role:

    Assist US Army client training staff in coordinating, planning, and organizing medical training for unit training rotations at Collective Training Exercises. Assist in the development of training circulars, exercise directives and exercise designs of US Army directed collective training events. Consult with the Office of the Chief Army Reserve (OCAR), US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Surgeon cells, Army Reserve Medical Command (ARMEDCOM), Medical Readiness Training Command (MRTC) and multi-service medical organizations for proper assignment of units to support training exercise events based on doctrinal application of US Army exercise template. Assist units participating in US Army, cross component and Joint sponsored Medical exercises with developing training plans. Provide the Collective Training Division leadership with scheduling data obtained using the directed software and system. Participate in planning conferences as required in support of collective training exercises. Prepare briefings and other required materials as directed. Contribute to the collective training scenario product development process.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 8 years of experience with training, including providing training for combat arms, combat support, or combat service support organizations

    • Experience in Army and Joint service medical operations, training and exercise doctrine including to reserve components

    • Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and regulations involved in supporting military operations

    • Knowledge of military training, doctrine, planning, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and force structure to design exercises that meet doctrinal requirements

    • Ability to provide analytical and technical support to staff projects involving training and exercise requirements

    • Ability to track and update unit data entries for all medical organizations throughout the command using the directed scheduling software application

    • Secret clearance

    • HS diploma or GED

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience with the US Army Reserve

    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

    • Knowledge of the Force Management System Website (FMS Web), Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS), and Army Training Network (ATN)

    • Bachelor's degree

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
