Do you enjoy training and helping others reach their financial goals? If so, MWA Financial Services, Inc. (MWAFS), a registered broker/dealer, investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a Training Analyst to coordinate the onboarding and continual training process for our registered financial representatives. You will track progress and performance of financial representatives that are in the process of obtaining their securities licenses and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding financial representatives as they prepare for securities examinations and throughout their first year training program.
- Assist in developing and maintaining training materials utilizing PowerPoint or other presentation software.
- Present on basic securities products, technology, and sales process training.
- Maintain metrics to track progress and success of training programs.
- Schedule virtual training events.
- Plan and organize in-person training events.
- Maintain correspondence files from investment companies.
- Assist with related systems maintenance including, but not limited to, MyView, RightBridge and Docupace.
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. No prior financial services industry experience required.
- Currently hold or ability to obtain FINRA Series SIE and Series 6. Be able to pass all exams within 120 days of hire. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to work both independently and with a team.
- Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other computer-based programs.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $24.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. Hybrid positions work at least 3 days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to 1 year.
