Job responsibilities: Responsible for providing students with individual career transition services, and work-based learning opportunities.

Essential functions:

• Develop a career transition plan for assigned students and monitor progress of assigned students
• Assist assigned students with individual career selection and assess student workplace readiness; provide labor market information on geographical areas of interest
• Participate in job development committee assessments
• Provide referral or post separation services as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associate's degree and 2 years related experience
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
