Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. JTF has an immediate need for Event Staff/Referees for our upcoming spring/summer season. JTF offers an excellent opportunity for a second job with the flexibility to work when YOU are available.
JTF is a mobile sports and entertainment business. We do not have a fixed location. JTF works at customers' locations in Western MD, South/Southwestern PA, and surrounding areas of WV. We have shifts both during the week and on the weekend. The majority of events are outdoors.

EVENT STAFF/REFEREE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in set up at events which includes lifting, pushing and/or pulling heavy carts and equipment, bending and stooping
· Monitor and supervise JTF activities during events including enforcing rules and safe conditions
· Assist and teach participants use of equipment and rules of games
· Accompany participants around JTF activity area to ensure a quality customer experience
· Assist with clean up after JTF event which includes lifting, bending, and carrying equipment, as well as, proper storage in JTF trailer
POS ITION REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to lift, bend and stoop frequently, push and pull carts on uneven terrain, stand and/or walk long periods of time, and work in extreme temperatures or weather conditions
· Ability to speak and interact with customers of all ages in a courteous and enthusiastic manner
· Ability to teach basic skills required to participate in JTF activities to participants of all ages
