Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Managers-in-Training (MIT) is provided the skills and knowledge so they can move on to become a General Manager. This position requires a full-time commitment, both physically and mentally as this is a very demanding position. TheMIT works in an hourly capacity and may work as many as 40 hours a week in the lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. Candidates for this position must be available to work any hours of the day and any day of the week. Weekend hours are required for this position. Although no pizza making experience is required, prior retail/restaurant experience is preferred. MIT will be in training for between three months and two years and in that time will complete a series of formal training modules and classes on the path to the General Manager position. They will learn everything from customer service to people management, from product preparation and quality to inventory control.
