Being a Training and Clinical Education Director remains current and knowledgeable regarding federal and state regulations. Provides oversight and day-to-day guidance to staff. Additionally, Training and Clinical Education Director typically requires a master's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Training and Clinical Education Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Training and Clinical Education Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Requirements:
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
    • Colorado Center Director Certificate.
    • Must meet state education and experience requirements for child care director.
    • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
    • Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
      • Director in Training: $56,000 to $60,000
    • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
    • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees.
    • All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act.  Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
