Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director will collaborate with OR Charge Nurses and the Operating Room Manager to ensure the delivery of safe patient care and foster staff development. Responsibilities encompass policy development, budget management, quality control, personnel development, and Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
