Coordinator of Student Services

Orion Education and Training, one of seven service center agencies in the state of Kansas, has an opening for a Coordinator of Student Services at our Juvenile Detention Facility in Wichita KS. This twelve-month, year round position will be responsible for managing all education aspects at the Juvenile Detention Facility. Position will work directly with students, teaching staff, Sedgwick County staff and Orion administration staff.

We are looking for someone with Administrator experience, supervisory experience and a KSDE teaching license is preferred.

· Ability to react to change and frequent interruptions

· Ability to remain calm and professional during times of chaos and crisis

· Provide student behavior management

· Provide accurate data and record keeping for all students to include entrance and exit reports, student management system input reports and transcript reports

· Ability to use technology, Google Suites
