Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Assistant to help manage our social media accounts. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be assisting with the school's social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with future and current students with relevant and engaging posts, videos, stories, threads, etc.
Duties:
- Assist with Developing social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Post content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics from the work our students do in class.
- Monitor social media opportunities to engage with future and current students.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. --- - Track monthly budget for all campaigns.
Requirements:
- Eexperience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, Content Creater or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in content creation, proofreading, and editing
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Basic photography skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva
