Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. K9 Mania Dog Training is urgently seeking a skilled, experienced, and dog-loving Kennel Assistant/ Office Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our new dog training facility! We are particularly interested in candidates who are available for a part-time position on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays only).
In addition to maintaining the health and happiness of our furry guests through our Board and Train program, we're also looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. This position will involve frequent interaction with dog owner clients, emphasizing the importance of being a frontliner in ensuring our clients feel welcomed and reassured about their pets' well-being. If you have a passion for dogs and a proven ability in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Your job will include cleaning and disinfecting our kennels. In addition, you can also learn animal care and behavior basics while assisting our team with feeding, grooming, and walking tasks. Having previous experience in a pet care environment, kennel management or customer service is a plus, but we will provide training to the right candidate.
