Job Description:

F45 Training Bloomfield is seeking a Assistant Studio Manager – Fitness enthusiast, to join our incredible team in Bloomfield, NJ! The Studio Manager will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people and systems in place to grow effectively and to ensure financial strength.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and communication skills and strong sales and customer service skills!

Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for F45 Bloomfield, including membership sales and maximizing bookings.
• Open availability beginning at 4:30am.
• Lead and inspire F45 Bloomfield prospects through tours, and membership acquisition process.
• Respond immediately to member request, inquires and concerns.
• Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns for F45 Bloomfield and collaborate with other like-minded businesses in Bloomfield, NJ.
• Ensure the F45 Bloomfield studio cleaning protocol is being completed to COVID19 remediating standards and own the process as needed.
• F45 Bloomfield community outreach to grow and solidify the brand.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Associates’s degree in marketing, communication, business or related field preferred
• 2 years previous experience in sales & marketing or operations role
• Social media advertising expertise. Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
• Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and organize.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite and previous experience using other marketing software.
• High energy, team player who collaborates with ease and inspires.
• Strong client interaction skills
