Our Meridian team is searching for a patient, detail oriented, and enthusiastic Center Training Manager (Training and Development Manager) to join our center level management team. The Center Training Manager will work onsite in our Meridian donation center and will collaborate directly with the Center Director and Quality Assurance Manager to deliver world class training to center employees. They will also assist the corporate training team in developing and maintaining employee training based on the center’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operating guidelines. This position plays a huge role in making new team members feel welcome and set up for success starting on the new team member’s first day.
