  • Under the direction of the Regional Manager, manages and coordinates the daily activities of assigned employees at a Government Contract Division worksite. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of staff and individuals with disabilities, planning and developing of staffing schedules and ensuring overall quality control in conformance with all contract terms and conditions and/or statement of work.


    • Maintains staff timesheets and approves/makes recommendations regarding employee personnel actions. Ensures that required time studies are conducted in a timely manner, and in accordance with federal law and OTC policies and procedures.
    • Monitors the overall training requirements of assigned staff, oversees training schedules and ensures that all certifications are in compliance with program guidelines, state or federal laws and contract requirements.
    • Supervisees and/or trains staff in contractual procedures and tasks, and the proper operation of equipment.
    • Purchases and tracks inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures equipment is properly secured, maintained, and utilized.
    • Prepares work schedules and assigns personnel in order to meet the cleaning tasks and frequencies, as required by the Statement of Work.
    • Establishes and maintains a professional level of communication with key customer contacts and participates in periodic meetings and negotiations.
    • Maintains a detailed quality control inspection journal and logs corrective actions taken.
    • Reports and documents any damages to government equipment or facilities.
    • Ensures immediate access to emergency services in the case of threatening emergencies in full compliance with Danielle’s Law
    • Takes the overall lead in conducting continuous quality control inspections, as required by the contract statement of work and develops/executes corrective actions to address identified deficiencies in a timely manner. Ensures that detailed daily journals on quality control inspections, and corrective actions taken, are being properly maintained.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • High School diploma or Equivalent
    • Minimum of four years (4) experience in administrative services, three (3) of which were in a supervisory capacity.
    • In-depth working knowledge of computers and equipment
    • Ability to supervise and train employees, including: organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
    • Knowledge of purchasing procedures, equipment, supplies and inventory control.
    • Strong interpersonal, time management detail oriented and organizational skills.
    • Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Acceptable Background Check and Drug Test
    • Valid Driver License with acceptable driving record as set by OTC’s Insurance Carrier.
