PosiAon Summary: The Trauma Training Manager will provide trauma-informed training and consulXng
services to staff at Law Enforcement precincts in order to meet the requirements of
the JAG grant. The mulX-year grant, funded by Pennsylvania Commission on Crime
and Delinquency JusXce Assistance (JAG) Program provides seed money to assist state
and local government enXXes in implemenXng a wide range of drug enforcement,
correcXonal treatment/supervision, vicXm services, and juvenile jusXce and criminal
jusXce system improvement projects. PCCD uXlized an advisory commiYee structure
to idenXfy problems and needs within the criminal jusXce system.
The Training Manager will work closely with precinct personnel and TLC’s Chief
Learning Officer in an effort to establish relaXonships, engage implementaXon
strategies, and measure results to deliver to the funding and evaluaXon agencies.
The posiXon required a strong, mulX-tasking, leader with an overarching commitment
to public service and to the mission of the agency. Experience working in mental
health and/or behavioral health is required. Experience working with school districts,
providing training, and navigaXng client relaXonships is preferred. The successful
candidate must be relaXonship-oriented, organized, intuiXve, flexible, and goal-
oriented.
