    Summary:
    Manages key projects with the program. Supervises the work required which requires initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all components of the contract.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serves as point of contact with the Government and have the authority to act or make decision on behalf of the Contractor.

    • Oversees all aspects of the project to include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.

    • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of workload.

    • Prepares reports regarding status of work and briefs appropriate personnel.

    • Works directly with COR to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

    • Coordinates with other sections to ensure all aspects of each task are completed in accordance with the scope of work.

    • Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

    • Performs risk management to minimize scope of work risks.

    • Meets with government staff to clarify specific requirements of each task.

    • Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

    • Meets budgetary objectives and makes adjustments to project constraints based upon financial analysis.

    • Uses and continually develops leadership skills.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
    • Five (5) years of experience in management of projects
    • U. S. Citizen
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Ability to obtain security clearance
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
    • Ability to maintain effective working relationships, professional demeanor, and attitude
    • Ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian workforce
