- Training Specialist Location: Morgantown, PA How You Will Make an Impact? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our Learning, Training and Organizational Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of our industry, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. The Nuts and Bolts Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees across various departments within the industrial setting. Assess training needs through collaboration with department heads and analysis of performance gaps. Design and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and presentations, utilizing various instructional techniques and delivery methods. Conduct training sessions on safety protocols, equipment operation, and industry-specific procedures, ensuring adherence to standards. Continuous Improvement - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and make necessary improvements to training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content that aligns with the company's objectives and industry best practices. Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging trends to enhance training programs and stay ahead of evolving needs. Utilize technology to improve work systems, collect and distribute information and communicate effectively. Required Credentials Travel up to 50% of the time Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish language. Ability to learn, leverage, and scale technology adoption across the organization. Proven experience as a Trainer in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in instructional design and development, utilizing modern training tools and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures within an industrial setting. Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. You Must Be Able to Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
