Training Specialist 2 opportunity for our customer in
Los Alamos, NM to support the
LANL Facility.
Education
BA/BS, MA/MS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Requirements
CIO is seeking a highly qualified training specialist to assist with development of DOE O 471.7 (CUI) programs training requirements and implementation for LANL.
- Provide technical and non-technical training and education program services to Los Alamos National Laboratory. Work with customers and stakeholders to design, develop and implement training programs in accordance with applicable regulatory drivers and contractual requirements. Evaluate and assess Laboratory training program effectiveness. Represent the Laboratory before regulatory agencies on matters pertaining to the institutional training program.
- Provide resolutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the development of the organization’s goals and objectives. Work under limited direction. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Determine approach to solutions, plan schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- An experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized area plus working knowledge of other related fields. This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented position. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
