Title: Telecommunications Tower Technician Level 3 (top hand)
Location: Wyoming
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our team as a Level 3 technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of technicians on complex projects, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

- Employee Equipment Assistance Program: Larson Tower Specialists offers an Employee Equipment Assistance Program (E.E.A.P.) to ensure employees are properly equipped for their job. The program includes three sections: Green Hand Pack for new hires, RedWing Shoe Program for work boots and shoes, and General work-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
- Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Train and mentor junior technicians
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
