Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical learning solutions using a variety of tools that exemplify good practices in instructional design and a global focus.
• Enable our sales teams to provide our customers with world class service, sales, and support as well as on-the-job training through an innovative technical learning curriculum.
• Apply knowledge and skills in instructional design, needs analysis, development processes, tools, strategies, delivery, and evaluation methods to enable best in class sales and service.
• Collaborate across the department, functions and businesses we support by leveraging strong interpersonal skills to discern individual needs that result in the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Work with subject matter experts and colleagues to identify the root cause of organizational talent gaps that limit the achievement of the business strategy.
• Demonstrate strong project management and ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight deadlines.
• Development technical training plans and program materials tailored to various levels of associate experience. Assign and monitor execution of training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Effectively promote and market training as a strong business partner by demonstrating business acumen and helping to solve business problems.
• Stay current on learning theory, instructional design, delivery methods, and best practices with a focus on sales enablement.
• Support content translation efforts through AI tools, third party vendors and internal reviews

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience related to instructional design; competency-based program design; innovative classroom design; complex, multi-media-rich e-learning experience design; hands-on digital and experience design; and instructional technology.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging instructional design principles and learner-centered design methodologies with a demonstrated application through innovative learning experiences.
• Knowledge of and practical experience in applying behavioral, performance, and learning best practices and theories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with global stakeholders, create and communicate milestones for content development work, hold SMEs accountable for deadlines. Recognize when project deadlines are at risk, proactively communicate to management and identify methods to achieve results
• MS Office, Articulate 360, ability to learn new tools (SmartCat, SharePoint, Camtasia)
• Ability and passion for creating modern, visually appealing content for today’s learners including eLearning, PowerPoint, job aids, digital content, eBooks, etc. aligned with company brand standards x

Preferred Skills:

• Expert with MS Office, Articulate 360, Teams, SharePoint, Workday, Learning Management Systems, and/or other related talent technology and social collaboration tools.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Education Preferred:

• Master's Degree
• Relevant certification in learning, organizational development, human resources or leadership development.
