Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Contracts Manager at AT Advisors. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, and negotiating terms and agreements and other law firm administrative tasks as required. Flexibility for remote work is available for this position, upon training and validation.

Qualifications

• Contracts Management, Negotiation, and Legal Compliance skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills and a positive attitude
• Friendly and intelligent client-centric communications
• Experience in organizing documents, creating contract checklists, reviewing and light editing to contracts
• Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, Business, English, or related field.
