Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and mentor staff members in food preparation, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update menus, specials, and promotions to drive sales and meet customer preferences.
