Reporting to the HR Director, and as a member of the Human Resources team, you will interpret and translate verbal and written communications from English to Spanish. 

• Provide translation during interviews and meetings, and transcribe and analyze spoken communications
• Ensure communications and translations are conveyed and understood in the proper context 
• Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs 
• Provide in person and over the phone language support 
• Able to convert documents in Microsoft Office 
•  Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
• Demonstrated language proficiency to interpret, translate and transcribe between English and Spanish 
• Professional level writing skills in Spanish 
• Ability to communicate complex information in clear and simple terms 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality 
• Time management skills 
• Ability to travel, if necessary, to other company facilities 
• Ability to flex work schedule, as needed 
• Adequately prioritize tasks while demonstrating attention to detail and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, text message terminology in English and Spanish
• Typing abilities to exceed 40 words per minute
