Transplant Nurse Coordinator provides planning and coordination of all facets of clinical care for potential and actual transplant candidates and recipients. Manages referral, evaluation, and pre-transplant data for transplant patients and coordinates the clinical management of post-transplant patients. Being a Transplant Nurse Coordinator develops materials and delivers programs to educate and support patients, families, and clinicians throughout the transplant process. Requires clinical experience in the care and treatment of transplant patients. Additionally, Transplant Nurse Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree of Nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires registered nurse (RN). May require certification from a professional organ transplant nursing certification board. Position Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the organization’s Strategic Plan. The position requires the daily management of this project and ensuring its progress and completion. The Project Coordinator will lead this process through excellent organizational skills in planning, execution, and time management, effective communication with staff and stakeholders, keen problem-solving skills to develop solutions and strategies, and strong adaptability to changes.
This position is time limited, expected to last approximately 3 years. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
