As the Office Assistant you are willing to perform various routine clerical duties and support the operation location. These duties include data entry, filing, and completion of forms. You will operate standard office equipment. You serve as the receptionist to the office, answering phones/ directing calls, greeting customers and applicants; copy, sort and file records related to the office activities and business transactions. Prepare letters, memos, forms and reports according to written or verbal instructions. You will also maintain filing systems electronically and hard copy. Skills to help you succeed in this role:

• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clerical experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
