Transportation Manager manages and coordinates the daily operations of a transportation network including safety, compliance, equipment, and staff. Implements operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in all transportation activities. The Harvest & Transportation Manager is a supervisory role with a focus on planning, harvest, transportation, and contract administration on approximately 100,000 acres of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Western Maine Timberland. As the Harvest & Transportation Manager, you will also lead safety and business improvements for all operations on this land base. You will work in close coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve safety, environmental, silviculture, quality, and production goals.
This position is a part of the New England Region in the Northern Timberlands business and will have up to 3 direct reports. This is a salaried, exempt position located in the Lancaster, NH office and reports to the Area Manager.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $94,977 - $142,465 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
