Hours of Operation: 3p-11p Weekdays; Weekends and Holidays
Primary Focus: Enthusiastically greeting; interacting & serving guests in a timely manner. Accepting reservations over the phone and in person; checking guests in and out of hotel; processing payment for room; delivering SUPERIOR customer service each and every interaction with guests; communicating with housekeeping staff for room availability; assist with set up and tear down of meeting rooms.
Secondary Tasks: Cleaning public and associate areas of the hotel; sorting, washing; drying and folding laundry (i.e. bed sheets; towels; linens, etc.); delivering clean laundry to housekeeping cart areas & maintaining a clean laundry room; cleaning pool*
