Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in locating products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and neatly organized
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
- Familiarity with technology sales, particularly electronics, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
