Imagine exploring the world and sharing your adventures with clients. That's exactly what you'll be doing in this job. The Travel Advisor will use their expertise to help clients plan unique domestic and international vacations, and will be responsible for researching and confirming tours and cruises based on availablity. Travel Advisors are also responsible for following up with clients after their trip to make sure they enjoyed their trip, and making adjustments as necessary to enhance their next vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client's personal needs and financial constraints to create a customized travel plan. Close each sale in a timely manner.
• Make reservations for client's tours and cruises based on availability.
• Resolve customer concerns about their travel plans.
• Maintain a knowledge of travel regulations and restrictions and communicate these clearly to insure that all aspects of each client's travel plans are understood.
• Be available for travel to increase education about destinations and travel suppliers.
• Always be in search of additonal and updated travel information to insure that clients are given the highest quality of travel consultation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
