Travel Clerk assists with routine travel arrangements. Researches hotel, flight, and car rental availability, confirms reservations and makes itinerary changes as necessary. Being a Travel Clerk communicates travel plans and itineraries. Answers questions about travel policies and process. Additionally, Travel Clerk ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. May coordinate with outside travel agencies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Travel Clerk works under moderate supervision.
