Travel Coordinator jobs in Louisiana
Travel Coordinator coordinates travel arrangements. Schedules hotel, flight, and car rentals and prepares itineraries. Being a Travel Coordinator answers questions about travel policies and process. Assists with visa processing and other travel related documentation. Additionally, Travel Coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. Key Responsibilities
As a Vacation Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Resolve any issues or complaints related to travel bookings in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their travel needs and preferences.
Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and travel arrangements based on client requirements.
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services for clients using our reservation systems.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in bookings efficiently and accurately.
Skills and Qualifications
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and travel arrangements.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including popular tourist attractions, hotels, and airlines is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old
Have a computer and Internet
