As a Travel MDS Coordinator you will provide MDS support at multiple facilities or cover open roles to assure that an accurate resident assessment has been completed. Travel to various facilities is required as needed.

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to travel to and stay at different facilities Monday through Friday 
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or License Practical Nurse in the state of North Carolina
• Preferably 1-year experience in working the RAI process
• Must have at least 2 years experience as an MDS Coordinator
• Must live in North Carolina
