Key Responsibilities

• Craft bespoke itineraries that cater to each client’s unique preferences and needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest travel trends and restrictions.
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain necessary travel booking certifications.
• Attend webinars and training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge about various destinations.
• Consider budget constraints while planning trips for clients.
• Create engaging promotional materials as required.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, car rentals, hotels, cruises, events, and more.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing support before, during, and after their travels.
• Resolve any challenges that may arise during the booking process or while clients are on their journey.
• Network with tour operators to discover potential packages for clients.
• This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a focus on client interaction (sales background is a plus).
• Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; owning a laptop is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Personal travel experience is highly desirable, but not a prerequisite.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
