Description

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking a Professional Employment Specialist. This position serves as a primary point of contact for the Professional Employment.

This position reports to the Director of Professional Employment - HR, as well as works closely with the AVP of Professional Employment - HR.

This individual will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills required by extensive interaction with practitioners, physician leaders, practice administrators and their support staff.

This Professional Employment Specialist will :

• Process new hire paperwork
• Assist with new hire orientation
• Assist with off-boarding of clinical employees
• Prepare change / amendments to employment agreements - including forms necessary for payroll changes

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• 4 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.

Performs other duties as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience. Base Salary Range : $71,760 - $75,000.
