Love and Good Roads Travel is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Booking Specialist. This is a performance-based position, and we offer comprehensive training and mentorship to help you excel in the world of travel planning.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their travel preferences and requirements.
    • Offer personalized travel solutions, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel insurance.
    • Collaborate with clients to create custom itineraries that cater to their specific needs and desires.
    • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
    • Utilize various booking platforms and tools to make reservations and manage clients' travel arrangements.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, travel bookings, and financial transactions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process.
    • Work closely with the Love and Good Roads Travel team to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

    Qualifications:

    • A strong passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
    • Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and travel booking platforms.
    • Previous experience in travel booking or customer service is a plus but not required.
    • A high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
    • Reliable computer and phone equipment.
