Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     Position is Hybrid - Remote with some on-site requirements

     

    Must live in Indiana

     

    Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

    Position Summary

    The Financial Analyst will analyze financial and operating data in order to advise the company on current and future operations and strategy, create financial models based on analyses to support organization decisoin making, develop fianancial plans and reports for organizational leaders, complete and assist in cost report preparation, analyze industry trends and make recommendations based on those trends, evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation, develop automated reporting and forcasting tools for more efficient use of datea and assist in monthly close activities.

     

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years financial analyst experience required or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of one (1) year of experience required
    • Must have intermediate computer skills, preferably with Google applications (Sheets, Forms and Docs) and/or Microsoft Excel experience
    • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred
    • Financial certifications preferred; not required

    • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis
    • Thorough understanding of project management
    • Able to work autonomously with little to no direction and consistently deliver exemplary work product
    • Must have reliable transportation to travel to other sites for trainings and/or meetings
