Job Title: Treasury Management/Electronic Banking Customer Service Representative

The Role Overview:

Community Bank & Trust is looking for a talented and dedicated individual for the position of the Treasury Management/Electronic Banking Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering direct assistance with a variety of financial interactions and bank services. This postion will be a Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm .

Job Responsibilities as a Treasury Management/Electronic Banking Customer Service Representative Include:

• Assist customers with account inquiries, resetting passwords, and provide instructions for customers using business online banking; including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Business Mobile Remote Deposit, Online Wires and Sweeps
• Onboard Treasury management customers with products and services; including new and existing customers requesting additional services.
• Answer customer telephone calls and accept communications through all electronic media (i.e. email and internet portals).
• Ensure successful implementation of Treasury Management products once completed documentation is received.
• Create and coordinate the execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products and cash management services.
• Ensure all new and existing accounts are properly charged or have the appropriate exception approvals if applicable.
• Maintain a work area which ensures the safety and confidentiality of all customer records and transactions.
• Understand and comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures.
• Ability to confidently embody Community Bank and Trust – West Georgia’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Represent Community Bank and Trust – West Georgia in the community and at community events.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Two or more years of related banking experience preferred; treasury management, banking operations, and/or customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
