Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.   • SUMMARY: The Finance/Treasury Administrative Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to identify trends and patterns within financial data which will contribute to accurate financial reporting, budget management, and overall financial planning.

    ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    The following essential job qualifications include, but are not limited to:

    • Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.
    • Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by accumulating and analyzing transaction information.
    • Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and balancing transactions; research and correct any discrepancies.
    • Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
    • Maintains the general ledger.
    • Prepare fixed asset and other inventory account reconciliations.
    • Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
    • Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
    • Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections.
    • Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
    • Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
    • Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
    • Submit compliance information, such as sales tax, income tax, government surveys, etc.
    • Assist with budgeting, FA audits, and other projects.
    • Answer management questions and provide guidance.
    • Assist with HLNA, HLI & HM monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
    • Assesses risk of all financial transactions executed by organization personnel.
    • Coordinate with all departments before, during, and after monthly close to ensure accurate financial reporting and account reconciliation.
    • Coordinates with software vendors to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
    • Manages the purchasing and invoicing system.
    • Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
    • Ensure Company information is kept confidential.
    • Performs other related duties.
    PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS
    The following periodic job qualifications include, but are not limited to:
    • Able to travel if/as necessary (less than 5%, annually)
    • Work during periodic shutdown day(s) if/as necessary.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS)

    The minimum requirements include:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field
    • Three (3) years of related experience
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
    • Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
    • Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
    • Ability to correctly prepare tax reports.
