What We Need:

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Muscatine, Iowa. This position is responsible for determining the daily cash position of HNI Corporation including consolidating and tracking cash inflows and outflows, executing electronic funds transfers, and delivering a consolidated cash position report each day.

What You Will Do:

• Perform daily assessment of collections and disbursements
• Determine procurement of funds and monitors investments
• Manage and issue the daily cash report
• Maintain the daily cash forecasting
• Support cash management activities including cash forecasting and short-term borrowings
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Treasury function and reporting systems
• Execute compliance for Treasury group and interact with internal and external parties and regulatory bodies
• Develop or maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls

What You Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting with a concentration in treasury, cash management, and/or banking is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• High degree of attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
