onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to drive, influence, measure, and report stakeholder value through world-class financial leadership. As the Director of Treasury at corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, this role reports to the Vice President of Treasury, with primary responsibilities to oversee day-to-day management of a global treasury team while driving the transformation in treasury operations.  A successful candidate will be results oriented, have the capacity to manage and mentor the treasury team, build and maintain strong relationships throughout the broader organization, embrace and influence change, and demonstrate the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities. 

Performance Objectives

• Manage the day-to-day activities and objectives of the treasury team focusing on automation and process improvement to support the company's scale and growth.
• Manage and lead global treasury operations including cash management, cash forecasting, FX trading, debt compliance, intercompany funding strategies and cash investment strategies.
• Drive cash management transformation for treasury systems, FX trading operations and global banking infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with treasury SOX controls, respond to internal and external audit requests, and provide recommendations to control structure.
• Lead the accounting close process for treasury items to ensure an accurate and timely close and execute deliverables such as reconciliations, analysis, memos, footnote disclosures, and audit (internal and external) related documentation.
• Manage and mentor staff.
• Various other duties and special projects as requested.
