What you will Do:

• Assures efficient and effective patient flow and physician productivity.
• Facilitates physician department meetings.
• Maintains physician schedules.
• Coordinates provider practice start-ups.
• Assists with physician recruitment and retention efforts.
• Acts as a resource to Clinic Manager(s) for operational issues.
• Acts as a collaborating member of the clinic medical home team and is highly committed to a team construct.
• Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures.

Hours/Schedule:

• 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field; Masters preferred
• Minimum of 5 years medical office experience, with multi-site responsibility preferred; or minimum of 5 years healthcare management experience.
• Valid IA driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). If driving, current insurance coverage.
