Position Overview:

As the Treasury Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our treasury operations. You will oversee the bank's portfolio of cash management and payment solutions and lead growth initiatives in this area. You will manage a team responsible for products including ACH payments, wire transfers, merchant services, remote deposit capture, account reconciliation tools, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the bank's cash management and payments solutions.
• Drive market research, product development, marketing, and sales efforts to identify and capitalize on the emerging needs of business banking clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, risk management, and regulatory compliance for all cash management and payment products.
• Build out and manage department KPIs. KPIs are to be aimed at enhancing the customer experience, measuring employee productivity, and tracking organizational profitability.
• Lead a high-performing team and oversee training, development, performance management, and recruitment.
• Create education materials and conduct training sessions to increase awareness and utilization of products by relationship managers and clients.
• Perform ongoing reviews of new banking products and services and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, new technologies, competitive offerings, and regulation changes to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in banking with expertise in payments, cash management, and treasury services
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related studies required.
• Excellent skills in oral and written communication, motivation, and interpersonal relations; the ability to express thoughts and complex ideas in a straightforward and efficient manner.
• Experience in a management role driving business growth and leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen
• Establish and maintain a work environment to enhance both employee morale and productivity.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand a customer’s business and the fundamentals of running a business.
• Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.

Working Conditions

• Office environment with flexibility to work remotely but may have infrequent occasions to work outdoors.
• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Overtime or extended hours occasionally
• Some travel may be necessary to customers and branch locations.
• Offsite training or conferences may be necessary, with the possibility of overnight travel.
