Treasury Manager

Summary

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for all global treasury activities across the business, including banking relationships, working capital/cash management, acquisition integration and risk management including foreign exchange exposure mitigation.

The company is looking for a self-starter who can drive treasury related technology projects and help ensure the company mitigates risk and remains compliant with global regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management:

• Execute ongoing cash management including cash movements, applications, payments, and related treasury operations
• Maintain cash position and cash flow forecasts with financial modeling that links cash activities to accounting records and financial reporting
• Team with tax and accounting including global teams on intercompany settlements to help ensure adequate operating cash while minimizing foreign currency exchange exposure and maximizing investments
• Administer online banking system including timely and appropriate user access management and resolution of system related issues
• Manage short-term investment portfolio in accordance with investment policies to maximize return while managing risk

• Banking Relationship Management:

• Cultivate banking relationships with financial institutions and help ensure an appropriate level of customer service across all regions where the company maintains accounts

• Treasury Technology Systems:

• Recommend and implement new solutions for banking and cash management including treasury dashboards and other reporting technology

• Risk Management:

• Manage the Company’s corporate (non-HR) insurance programs (general liability, property and casualty, workers compensation, E&O, D&O, EPL/fiduciary/crime)

• Develop and implement a foreign currency risk mitigation and hedging program that will ensure full regulatory compliance and application of appropriate accounting rules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for treasury operations

• Capital Markets and Business Operations:

• Work with investment banking partners to help develop optimal capital structures to finance merger and acquisition activity
• Work with finance and legal leadership to negotiate financial transactions, including any debt issuances or credit agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; Advanced degree and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
• 5 years of progressive treasury experience
• Finance or accounting experience a plus
• Strong banking system and Excel skills required
• Experience with and passion for improving processes including system automation
• Comfortable with forecasting and financial modeling
• Debt financing experience
• Foreign currency hedging experience
• Self-motivated; work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
• Process and detail oriented
• Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in all forms across all levels of management

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
