The Treasury Operations Manager performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. Manages day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Being a Treasury Operations Manager ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earning forecasts. In addition, Treasury Operations Manager determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Director. The Treasury Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Description:
The Skagway Operations Manager's main responsibility is to carry out the company's mission of providing guests with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable outdoor adventure experience. Our Skagway office facilitates the operation of all day programs originating in Skagway.
This position reports directly to the Skagway Program Manager and coordinates with our Haines administrative team which handles additional day trip programs and multi-day expeditions.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Manager role will from time to time jump in to perform various roles including dock representation, driving, CDL driving, and potentially guiding trips.
Essential Duties
Supervise office staff and functions. Including but not limited to: scheduling, email correspondence, radio dispatch, and employee time sheets.
Oversee and maintain excellent relations with cruise lines. Duties include but are not limited to: daily monitoring of inventory, creating customized tours, reviewing invoices and settlements, and familiarization tours with cruise ship staff.
Prior tourism experience preferred.
Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
Must possess or be willing and able to acquire class B Commercial Driver License (CDL).
