Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
Oversee HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance to company policies and procedures.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Coordinate and plan periodic company events and meetings.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience with payroll and HR operations, including knowledge of relevant software and compliance standards.
Reliable transportation. (Facility is located approximately 20 minutes outside of Tupelo, MS.)
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of insurance billing and coding is a plus.
Provide detailed and timely communication to facilitate compliance with various contractual requirements.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
