    In the Executive Assistant role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a Company Executive, primarily focusing on advancing multiple projects efficiently and effectively.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Proactive, regular communication with Company Executive.
    • Drive the progress of multiple projects by ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.
    • Act as a point of contact for on-going projects, coordinating communication and work across different groups.
    • Prepare, proofread, and disseminate project-related documents and reports.
    • Conduct research on relevant topics to provide Company Executive with insights and data to support decision-making.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project task tracking spreadsheets, and project plans.
    • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure that projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
    • Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and office organization.
    • Assist Company Executive with ad-hoc tasks, as required, to enhance their efficiency and productivity.

    Education, Training and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferred
    • Proven experience in project management or executive support roles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a growth mind-set to become proficient with company-specific programs and software
